Colors

Welcome to my blog and thanks for following! The writings are created by me, Jennifer Alfia DiMarzo and the subject matter presented are photographs also taken by me. I hope that you may be able to join me once a week, throughout the next year on my creative journey! Enjoy!

Red, yellow, maybe no blue, though shades of orange, hues of violet and definitely some green could be found in between.  The professor reviewed the primary and secondary colors through this dramatic dish with such vibrancy.  He examplified and reiterated upon the impact colors have not only on one's visual senses but also on their taste buds.   He hoped this information would be retained in the student's heads throughout the semester.  With each bite they sampled, they produced the same colors with their acrylics on their individual silver palettes.  Although elementary in style, the students were engrossed.  The only peep heard was Destiny volunteering to bring in the next eclectic homemade creation.  The professor was thrilled.  Xavier held up his finished color wheel while simultaneously savoring his final mouthful.  He wished for more of this dish, but remained internally inspired.  He leaped on to begin the initial phase of a plein air landscape.  What a colorful week ahead it was going to be, not only for Xavier, but for the entire class!
